KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that
we, Ivan J. Gilder and Alberta
M. Gilder, his wife, proprietors and owners of the land described in
the
surveyor’s affidavit hereon written and shown on the accompanying plat

CASCADE TERRACE, in Benton County, Oregon, do hereby plat and lay out
said
