KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS. That we Mary Carver and W.S. Carver her
husband proprietors and owners of the lands described in the
surveyor’s affidavit on the annexed plat of :Carver Tracts Benton
County, Oregon” do hereby plat and lay out said tract of land
into blocks and roadways as shown on said plat, to be known as
“Carver Tracts, Benton County, Oregon”, do hereby dedicate
to the Public the use of the roadways as shown on said plat, without
reservation or restriction whatever. Blocks are numbered from 1 to 31
and all distances are given in feet.
