DECLARATION
KNOW ALL MEN by THESE PRESENTS that we, Charles R. Hoyt and Esther L.
Hoyt husband and wife, proprietors and owners of the land described in
the surveyorS affidavit hereon written and shown on the annexed
plat of "BUCHANAN ADDITION" do hereby plat and lay out said tract of
land into blocks, lots, and streets, the dimensions of which are in
feet as shown on sale plat of Buchanan Addition; said blocks are
numbered I and 2, and lots are numbered and streets named as shown.
That we dedicate to the use et the public, without reservation, or
restriction, the roads shown on this plat.
