Dedication
Know all men by these presents , that we, S.K. Brown, Sr. as original
owner and John A. Henkle as President and Ezra C. Hyatt as Secretary of
Philomath College Corporation Proprietors and owners in fee simple of
the Town of Brown’s Addition to the City of Philomath as
designated on the annexed plat and being situated in Secs. 12 &
13,
T12S, R.6West, in Benton County, Oregon, hereby lay out the same as a
town to be known as the Town of Brown’s Addition to the City of
Philomath and consisting of 12 Blocks of 4 lots each, and 3 Blocks of 1
Lot each, and 11 lots <known and designated as Farm Lots>
as
shown on this Plat; and we hereby dedicate the streets as shown on this
Plat, to the use of the Public.
