Dedication
Know all men by these presents that we, Philip Joseph Braden and Della
Mae Braden, his wife, proprietors and owners of the lands described in
the surveyor’s affidavit hereon written and shown on the plat of
“Braden Tracts” hereon, do hereby plat and lay out said
parcel of land into Tracts and Streets, the dimensions of which are in
feet as shown on said plat of Braden Tracts; said Tracts are numbered
from 1 to 11 and the streets named as shown on said plat.
That we dedicate to the use of the public, without reservation or
restriction, the roads shown on said plat.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF Philip Joseph Braden and Della Mae Braden do hereby
