KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that we, Matt Niener, unmarried, Ralph
G. Atwood and Grace C. Atwood, his wife proprietors and owners of the
fonds described in the surveyors affidavit hereon written and shown on
the plat of "BETHEL HOMES hereon, do hereby plat and /ay out said
parcel of land into blocks, lots, and streets, the dimensions of which
ore in feet as shown on said plot of Bethel Homes, said blocks are
cantered from 1 to 5 and the lots ore numbered and the streets named as
shown on said plat.
