Affidavit of Owner
Know all men by these presents that
Bauer and Edmonds, Inc., a corporation duly organized and existing
under the laws of the State of Oregon, is the owner of the lands
described in the Surveyor's Affidavit hereon written and shown on the
plat of Bauer Addition, Corvallis, Oregon, and does hereby plat and lay
out said lands into lots, the dimensions of which are in feet as shown
on said plat of Bauer Addition. Said lots are numbered from 1 to 25.
In witness whereof, Bauer and Edmonds, Inc., pursuant to a resolution
of its Board of Directors, duly and legally adopted, has caused these
presents to be signed by its President and Assistant Secretary, and its
corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 8th day of June A. D. 1950.
