DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that we, W. Whitney Ball and
Jane F.
Ball, husband and wife, proprietors and owners of the land described in
the Surveyors Affidavit hereon written and shown on the accompanying
plat of BALLS SECOND ADDITION, in Benton County, Oregon, do hereby
plat and lay out said parcel of land into lots numbered from I to 18.
We dedicate to the use of the public forever the street as sawn on sold
plat of BALL'S SECOND ADDITION.
