Dedication
This Indenture Witnesseth, That N.B. Avery and Clara A. Beach, for the
purpose of conveying the parcels of lands hereinafter described, as
town lots, do herby plat the same for record in the records of Benton
County, Oregon, as required by law, to-wit: That certain tract of land
included between 8th and 9th Streets and Adams and Jefferson Streets in
the City of Corvallis. The said tract is numbered Block No. 18. It is
divided into 12 lots fronting on 8th and 9th Streets, 50x107 feet each
and numbered consecutively from one to six beginning at the Southeast
corner of said block and from 7 to 12 beginning at the northwest corner
thereof. There is to be no alley in said block. The said Clara A. Beach
owning lots 1, 2, 11, 12 and N.B. Avery the others.
