Dedication
Know all men by these presence, that I,
Elizabeth
Avery, single, the owner in fee simple of all and singular that certain
tract of land layed off on this map or plat and designated as
“Avery Fruit Addition to Alpine,” and more particularly
described and shown in the affidavit of the surveyor hereon, do hereby
plat and lay off the said tract of land into lots, roads, streets and
alley, said lots being numbered from one to forty-six, inclusive and
are of the size dimensions, respectively, as shown on said plat; and
all to be known as “Avery’s Fruit Addition” to
Alpine, in Benton County, Oregon. All dimensions are given in feet. And
I the said Elizabeth Avery, do hereby dedicate the roads, streets and
alleys as layed out and indicated on this plat to the use of the public
without reservation or restriction whatever. In Witness Whereof, I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this 17th day of February, 1912.
