KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Brookvale, Incorporated a
California Corporation doing business in Oregon, proprietors and owners
of the land described in the surveyors affidavit hereon written and
shown on the accompanying plat of ASH MANOR, in Benton County,
Oregon, do hereby plat and lay out said parcel of land into lots and
blocks. We dedicate to the public use forever the streets as shown on
said plat of ASH MANOR.
