KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS. That we,

Genthner and A.E. Genthner, her husband, Mabel G. Simmons and George
Simmons, her husband, Alice A. Smith and Roy V. Smith, her husband, and
Martha Mathews and Keith W. Mathews, her husband, proprietors and
