Dedication
Know all men by these presents, that
D.L. Webster Trustee,
owner and proprietor in fee simple of all that tract of land included
in the
description given in the surveyor’s affidavit hereon, and the said D.L.
Webster
as trustee does hereby plat and lay out said tract of land into tracts
or lots
and roads or highways, to be known as “Applehurst Alpine, Benton
County,
Oregon.” And said D.L. Webster trustee does hereby dedicate without
reservation
or restriction, all roads as are of legal width to the use of the
public.
