Dedication

            Know all men by these presents, that we, S.M. Anderson and Louise B. Anderson, husband and wife, of Seattle, Washington, the owners of the property shown on this plat, which property is more particularly described in the Affidavit of the Surveyor which is a part hereof, reference to which is hereby made, herby dedicate to the public use forever, all the streets, alleys, avenues, and public highways shown on this plat by the proper authorities and of the filing and recording of this plat, and in consideration that this plat, and the property covered thereby, shall be known as and called “Anderson Colony Orchards”.

            In witness whereof the said S.M. Anderson has hereunto set his hand and seal, and the said Louise B. Anderson has here unto set her hand and seal, by and through her attorney in fact, S.M. Anderson, on this 22^nd day of January, 1912.
