all men by these presents:
That
A.M. Bailey, and E Bailey his wife, and the Alpine
Merchantile Company, a corporation, duly organized and existing under
and by
virtue of the laws of the state of Oregon, are the owners in fee simple
of all
that certain tract of land known as ALPINE, BENTON COUNTY, OREGON, and
more
particularly described and shown in the attached affidavit and plat if
surveyor.
That the
said A.M. Bailey and E. Bailey his wife, and the Alpine Merchantile Co.
do
hereby plat and lat out said tract into Blocks and Lots, streets and
alleys as
shown on the plat dedicating such streets and alleys as are lawful
