Know all men by these presents:
That I,
Paul O. Ritcher and June S. Ritcher, being the owners of the land
described in the surveyor's certificate hereon made, desiring to
dispose of the same in lots, have caused the same to be platted and
surveyed, the name to be known as "Acorn Addition". We hereby dedicate
to the public use forever the streets and easements shown hereon, we
also hereby certify that all taxes and assessments levied against said
land have been paid in full.
